Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
- Received the wrong item.
- Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
- Item had defects.
- Over delivery time.
- The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.

got these ramps to service out fleet of freightliners, they worked out great,
I bought these over a year ago and used them many times since then and I’ve been pretty happy with them. They work great for cars and trucks. The only issue I’ve ran into is that there are very minor surface rust spots in the difficult to access areas but that’s expected because I wash salt off vehicle on these ramps sometimes and don’t thoroughly wash the ramps when I’m done.
These are great. I feel much safer using these instead of jack stands when under my truck, especially when I have to really pull on a tough bolt. These are made very well but the rubber mat on the bottom tears easily. I rolled one down my driveway to the street and the rubber tore when I hit the transition. Still a great product.
