Return Conditions
At Revamped Garage, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It is in the same condition as when you received it.
- It is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@revampedgarage.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Changed Your Mind? If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Incorrect or Damaged Item? If the item is incorrect or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Restocking Fee
Yes, there is a 25% restocking fee for all returns, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Other Reasons (e.g., customer remorse): You will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs.
How to Return Products
We accept returns by mail only. Please contact us to obtain return instructions before sending any items.
Return Label
- For Damaged or Defective Returns: Contact us, and we will send you a prepaid return label via email. You can download and print the label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post.
- Contact your bank for additional processing details.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@revampedgarage.com so we can address and resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@revampedgarage.com.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@revampedgarage.com.
