How it operates
Mechanical: Set the actuation handle in the pocket of the inner lip and pull down toward the floor. Then push the handle forward until the lip rests on the truck bed. When the trailer leaves, the lip retracts behind the bumper face automatically.
Manual hydraulic hand pump version: The hand pump lifts the leveler and extends the lip. The operator opens the lowering valve so the deck comes down and rests on the trailer. It comes with hand pump, wall-mount brackets, cylinder, 15 feet of hydraulic line and oil. The truck must pull out for the leveler to return to its stored position.
Electric hydraulic version: The easiest to run. With the truck backed to the dock, push and hold the control button. The leveler rises and the lip extends. 115V, 1-phase power standard. It comes with motor, pump, control box, cylinder, lines, and oil. The truck must pull out for the leveler to return to its stored position.
