Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
- Received the wrong item.
- Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
- Item had defects.
- Over delivery time.
- The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.

This lift has proven to be highly effective, it has a dual safety feature that takes two-handed operation. The 10,000 lb lift has functioned remarkably well thus far. The shipping process was efficient, with delivery transpiring prior to the anticipated date.
After taking my time to install the lift as carefully as I could, including pouring large 10" thick pads in my existing concrete floor, epoxying the bolts in place, and installing the lift itself, I'm very pleased with the results. Delivery was done in a timely manner and communication from the delivery company was great. They kept me updated on a regular basis and did everything possible to make the unloading process go smoothly. I'm not an expert, but I'm very impressed with the quality, price, and delivery of the unit. Installation takes patience and time, but anyone installing one of these should already be aware of that.
The photo is my 10,000lb truck, it's high enough for me to walk under and not have to duck and I'm 5' 10". I chose this model because it was the widest between the posts and raised the highest. I also like the open top so I can lift full size vehicles.
