The Vestil adjustable powered lift stacker is a fully electric stacker for moving and raising loads in a warehouse. Both drive and lift are powered by a 24VDC system, so the operator does less pushing and pumping. It raises to 62 in and runs 3-4 hours on a full charge.

- High torque 24VDC drive and lift motor. 0.7 KW drive motor and 2.0 KW lift motor.
- Handle throttle with infinitely adjustable forward and reverse speed, lift and lower controls, emergency reverse and a horn.
- Electromagnetic disc brake with an automatic dead-man feature. It engages when the operator lets go of the handle.
- Two 12V lead acid deep cycle batteries, a built in charger and a battery level gauge.
- Poly-on-steel steer and load wheels for smooth rolling.

Emergency reverse function
The handle has an emergency reverse belly switch. When pressed, it reverses direction and moves the unit forward, away from the operator. It runs until the switch is released or five seconds pass. If the switch stays pressed for more than 5 seconds, the safety circuit shuts down the whole unit. The unit must then be re-set to return to normal operation.
AGM battery option
AGM batteries are available as an option. They are maintenance free. The sealed construction means no periodic watering and no corrosive acid fume spills.
