Great product, easy to install. Thanks
For the price, you honestly cannot beat it. Functions exactly as it should. Fits perfect in my bay. Now I can get some side work done. Handles a 2002 Chevy 2500 crew cab with a 6.6 no problem. Arms bend a bit with more weight but it’s to be expected with telescoping arms. No complaints. Instructions give you all you need to know for install, if you can’t figure it out maybe call someone who knows or read up on it. Build quality is good, price is good, lift capacity seems to be close to what is advertised. Was easy to install, squared up with a laser level and spaced accordingly (110.25” to inside of each post I believe). I’m happy with it. It should be paid back off in about a month. The concrete anchors it comes with, they seem to be ok. I got 10 regular wedge anchors (3/4”) from hardware store. Supposedly the pin drive anchors it come with are a good option. I would highly recommend getting name brand concrete anchors either way. Thanks to KATool for the quick delivery and answering my questions with one phone call.
This arrived in good order and quick shipping. Delivery of product did take us having to unload it from the delivery truck ourselves so be warned if delivering to a residential area as we did. My husband had the lift set up in just a day and had a car up on the lift by the next day. Set up was easy and instructions were clear. He has already had multiple vehicles of differing sizes up on the lift with no issues and is happy with it.
Purchased this to replace an older one we have at work. The value and quality of lift is what made us purchase another one. So far it's been working great for assisting with machine leveling.
This is an ingenious tire Machine. Is very size efficient and well built. The instructions suck, but there are videos on the net that are helpful. This thing is a little on the slow side, as you have to reset the turntable bar once or twice per bead. It will also empty a pancake compressor pretty quickly. Not saying you can't use a small compressor, it will just cycle a couple times per tire. I am shocked that this doesn't seem to be a knockoff of a US or European design. It's really that good. Bead breaker is a beast, even with cold tires and rusty steel wheels. Not much on it to break, wear out or go bad, so long term ownership should be pretty cheap. Anything that can break would be easily sourced and changed out with US parts if needed. 100% better than a manual unit, and a fraction of the cost of a full mechanical machine. I am going to put a pulley system in my garage and store this thing tucked up in the ceiling joists out of the way till I need it.
Absolutely must have the 2 post/swingarm design to allow work on suspension, tires, wheels etc ! ! !
This tire changer can be modified so that it actually does change tires, but out of the box… it doesn’t. Here is what I had to modify, and change to actually change a tire of any kind.#1- Replace all of the hardware with grade 8 American bolts. This is mandatory if you want it to work at all. The Chinese bolts just bend and snap.#2- The air powered cylinder is held to the frame with these weird pins that rip out of the frame the first time you try to break a tire bead. You’ll need to drill them out to 1/2” and nut and bolt them through the frame with grade 8 hardware. You will also need to go over the pneumatic cylinder shaft with a fine tooth file, there were A LOT of gouges in the shaft due to really poor shipping crates that allow everything to just float around in the crate. Had I not done this, I believe that the cylinder would have failed the first time that it would have been activated.#3- You’ll have to drill out the fulcrum pivot hole on the bead breaker arm to a 9/16” hole to match the hole diameter in the frame. Replace the factory bolt with a 9/16”x 4 1/2” long bolt and nylock nut.#4- The tire rotating arm will need to be lengthened about 2” to operate correctly. It is too short from the factory.#5- The tire changer frame will need to be mounted on either a frame, or on castors that are six inches high. Without adding those additional inches it won’t break any normal sized tire bead as it is too close to the ground. After you have done all of the modifications listed above, it actually works reasonably well. It’s not a professional level machine, but it will do the job and is strong enough to change 285/75/R16 tires.
good lift, good price, works as it should
Delivers on a freight truck. Thing thing weights about 450 lbs. Be sure you can receive it to your location. Well packaged. Assembly was pretty straight forward. Found I had a few air leaks but they all amounted to loose fittings. Once they were tighted up it tested and works 100%. Build quality is good. For the guy that wants to save the cost of the tire shop it is a great investment.
Amazing lift . Easy to install fast shipping a works dam good can’t complain one bit . Would recommend. 1000 times . Could use better instructions but easy to figure out .
I recently purchased the 4.0HP 12000lbs Single Point Lock 2 Post Lift (220V AM120SD), and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. Here’s my breakdown: 1. Build Quality:This lift is built like a tank. The 12,000 lbs capacity easily handles my truck and SUVs without any sign of strain. The heavy-duty construction inspires confidence, and everything feels sturdy and durable. 2. Ease of Installation:Installation was straightforward for anyone with experience using lifts. It does require some preparation to anchor it securely to the floor and ensure proper leveling, but the instructions were clear. If you’re new to this, hiring a professional might be worth it. 3. Performance:The 4.0HP motor operates smoothly and quietly, lifting vehicles quickly and efficiently. The single-point locking system is a fantastic feature—easy to engage and ensures safety while working underneath. 4. Power Requirement:Since it runs on 220V, make sure your garage is set up with the appropriate outlet. This isn’t a standard household plug, but it’s worth it for the power and performance you get. 5. Value for Money:For the price, this is an incredible lift. It offers the same features and reliability as higher-end brands but at a much more affordable price point. Conclusion:This lift has been a game-changer for my home garage. Whether you’re doing oil changes, tire rotations, or more extensive repairs, the AM120SD makes it so much easier and safer. Highly recommended for DIY enthusiasts and professional mechanics alike!Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

This KT2002 Mini Tire Changer Machine is a game-changer for anyone who needs a portable solution for on-the-go tire changes. It’s compact, lightweight, and surprisingly powerful for its size. The 39-inch height makes it comfortable to use, and the air bead breaker is effective at getting stubborn tires off with minimal hassle. What I appreciate most is that it doesn’t require any anchoring, making it ideal for mobile car repair and roadside assistance. I’ve used it several times already, and it’s held up well under pressure. If you’re looking for a reliable, portable tire changer, this one is a solid choice!
Built with sturdy materials and easy to use. This is a cost effective solution and it doesn’t take up much space.
Master tech for 30 years. This is the same as the Omega transmission jack. Finally purchased my own transmission jack, tired of different shops low quality transmission jacks its my safety on the line. This one also has a air option 😁👍for easy lifting.
Breaks the bead really nice and the rest of it works great too way better than the old manual Harbor Freight type that I've been using for the last 10 or 15 years
This is a price for one and amazon do not give refund and says that it is not their fault for having a picture of a set.
...i would and will definitely buy again the balancer they have works great aswell fast fast shipping ..the only issues i have came across is this machine is not strong enough to dismount 14 ply tires or low pro runflats the assists arms are not strong enough to hold the tire down..but i dont do enough of them for it to matter great for the money
The charger is well built. Mine was a little scuff in shipping but the material thickness and build quality is great. Seller was very responsive. The directions could be a little better but it’s overall simple to put together especially with a picture.
I just needed something to change trailer tires (3.5k-7k axles) rather than keep buying tire and rim assemblies. Getting them changed locally barely saves any money and not worth the trip unless I save a bunch up, hence why I've just bought assemblies. Well I have a bunch now and figured why not do it myself considering the cost of this machine. The instructions are literally just the picture of the machine, but it isn't hard to figure out. Only oddities are you need a 11 or 12mm Allen wrench (I just used a 7/16" nut and bolt in the head with a wrench on the nut) for the shovel arm pivot and the line to connect air is useless for most people. But you can unthread the supply line fitting at the pedal and gently thread a 1/4 npt fitting in place. It's the right thread pitch, just don't tighten much (use thread sealant) or the tapered thread might crack the housing (I know someone who did that on a cylinder head once). My first go on a 205/75r15 was done in 8 minutes including looking for the bead lube. Only issue is now I need a bead blaster to get it to seat.Overall very happy and looking forward to changing a bunch of tires. Once I get used to it, I'll give my pickup tires a whirl, just want to be sure I don't snap a tpms valve off. Also waiting on an order of balancing beads (Ken-tool 31604) so I won't need a tire balancer. I've never had trailer tires balanced, but I'll throw some beads in those too to see if tread life improves.
Lift installation was fairly straight forward. Lift works as I would expect. I was missing 2 of the lift feet. Contacted seller and they sent them out. Overall, happy with purchase.
THE UPPER SAFETEY STOP SWITCH WAS DEFECTIVE. WAITING TO HEAR FROM MY SELLER Rainier Engineering, LTD. WILL UPDATE IF IT IS REMEDYED. OTHERWISE JUST DONT COUNT ON Rainier Engineering, LTD TO HONOR WARANTY ISSUES.
Wish it had a latch release above the pump for both sides at once
We've had it almost a year and use it a couple of times a month. No problems yet.
